The collection comprises ALL the GAME BIRDS, and BIRDS OF PREY, from LEWIN'S "Birds of Great Britain". The hand-colouring is as fresh as the day they were coloured, having only recently been excised from a defective set of this renowned work from the turn of the 18th century (1793). [see HOBBY below]
